The Monday £20 rebuy is on the up I tells ya, with 18 turning up last night.
The honours, yet again, went to young Nobby, who's hotter than James Akenhead and shows more promise than Dean Morris.

I'll keep doing them as requested but the amount of comeback I get from the other end is zero.

Sadly, if you get no Feedback from Upstairs, that's pretty demoralising.

Meh. Doesn't bother me as such. Enjoy doing them, self motivation ftw etc.

Will it all change in tonight's £50 crapshoot? At least it's likely to be less crapshooty than usual thanks to a smaller field (England and Scotchland matches). Maybe 60 tonight imo. Be interesting to see how the smaller field effects the way it plays out. I ain't there though. Come on Engerland!

It's been decided, following requests from more than one leaguer, to stop awarding points in any tournament of 20 players of fewer.

This stops the Monday night angle shooting.

The rule is to be backdated to 1 September.

As you have now admitted scoring points in a 14 runner rebuy is angle shooting ( even more distasteful considering it was the day after our hero 'Lucky scored a FT in a major, only to receive less points ), is the honorable member for St Neots going to withdraw his ill gotten points from the league standings ?

First level, 2 players, lots of raising pre.  Flop 942.  Player in position raises or bets through the streets until we have 942T4.  Guy reluctantly calls with KK to see which boat the other guy has hit.  Err, no, the guy forcing the pace (and electing to bet 5k AI in the river when checked to) fist-pump flips K9.  I wonder how many chips he would need to have started with not to have got them all in?

A couple of levels later, I get a bit low on chips and open up with KQ, flatted by Mr Phan in position.  Flop AKQ.  I have about twice the pot, it is Mr Phan, so the lot goes in.  After a 5 minute hum and haw, he finally finds it in himself to release........ J9.  I think he was expecting a round of applause.  Little did he know that he was a 74% fav to win the hand.
