Wow, what a month this has been for Lucky, whose game has come on in leaps and bounds during the summer. I'm assuming it's a 12pt jobbie for second rather than 15pts ftw? There's always a slight embarrassment factor in not beating Megadong heads up, but lest not forget KM won a Venetian Deepiestack in February, so his game has also come on in leaps and bounds obv. 10th for me after following Snat's lead and pushing into Aces. Lucky the only leaguer to make the final as far as I'm aware. Not sure how many they were paying down to.
Took the Sicilian's advice...and it paid off.Never thought I'd read this. Ever. Never ever. Never ever ever ever. There may be a penalty. I'll get back to you. Some people are willing to learn and evolve Chomps not play the same old tired shove and hope game, which is why you will never be a leaper or a bounder....  |

Final tabled on Saturday, but out first hand for 9th place and no cash - Apologies but I cant remember if this qualifies for points or not. It's now seven FT's from 9 tourneys in July and before yesterday I was getting a bit frustrated at the lack of good cashes, hence the "aggression" conversation - so it was very pleasing to go a bit further last night and make it count. |
