Celtic no good last night, while Jeff Buff donked'em off on the final hand. Two-dayers for £200 jobbies? Meh.
There sure will be some league interest when the tournament reconvenes at 2pm...

Nah, didn't play it. Had bought in but thought they'd end up with more going back for day two than the cash positions, so pulled out innit.

TV night ftw instead. 'Fark it, no Big Brother until ten', so went for a channel surf. 'Ooh, WSOP 2006 on CH166, that'll do'.
Lennox Lewis gets seated as an alternate. Hold on...who's that sat to his left, sporting a beige man bag? Nah, can't be can it? Yikes!

Played last night. Seen better cards in a petrol station in Coalville....
Positives ran into Dev from Cov who I hadn't seen for a while and as we both got knocked out the satellite early we went to see taking of pelham 123 and did a nandos special.

Evening comp was even worse. Played two and a half hours with 3000 chips. It was as much fun as listening to Vogon poetry. Got knocked out of that. Had £20 left in the wallet. Span it to £100 on roulette. Span the £100 to £200 on three card poker. Went and played a £100 satellite for the main event and got smacked in the face by loads of cards. Got heads up and the other player really wanted the seat so I really took £500 cash from him.

All this proper poker is great but give me 1500 chips and a 15min clock FTW anytime......

Now the £500 tonight or the £100 on Thursday and the £250 on Saturday hmmmmm.....

Only two wearing man bags, you and Lovejoy imo (Sir Flipflops doesn't play Omaha).
The rest of the poker community are yet to reach your levels of metrosexuality.
It's only a single-pointer for league purposes tomorrow.

**Tighty/Tikay, I asked them twice to put the 'courtesy of...' line in. Useless.

Oh no - text from Tikay at the £500 at Luton. Tikay has 16k, average £12k.  Blinds 150/300. 151 runners.

Remember that this game is a double pointer for the league and conveniently, although I am struggling to believe the audacity of the man, the league invigilator is leading the field.

Unbelievably the carrot crunching horse worrier also known as Chompy has £50k.

Gl guys - get it won!!

Mine disappeared in a perfectly acceptable manner, in one great ungetoffable chunk, but Chompy remains in good shape, though it was, sadly, 50,000 not £50,000.

Good luck him. JP Jelly was going well, too.

Saw a corker of a hand earlier, between James Keys & Steve Holden.

Steve had   , & James had

Flop   two hearts Two Diamonds

All the chips fly in.

Turn, K, River K. Yikes.

A Shrewdies Outing looked promising, with, for sure, Rooks, Trigg, &, I think, Horeneris (or it may be Not-Horneris) all still in.

The increasingly handsome Le Knave was out, as was, though I'm not sure he's a Shrewdie, Dubai.
