As joint league inventor, new rule is min 30 runners for points to count. Please adjust the points accordingly chompy. Thanks.

As forum mod, the league only exists until or unless I delete thread. Remain as we are, tyvm

League is a farce, inviting new random members in at the end of may and refusing good players in february that could easily out do chompy in the league is just not fair. Come on the sicilian, get some points and give him what he deserves.

Sigh.
I think in future any league player questioning my authoritah will have to be made an example of and have points deducted.
Birdforum is still more than welcome to participate, likewise ruholding, as long as league entry is requested in writing on here and a full list of past results is forwarded.

Funny I was thinking about that down the gym, about going half points when 25 or fewer line up.
Then I remembered I'm going tonight, so decided against it.
Fairness ftw as always.

Lol at you claiming to be at the gym.

At the risk of challenging anyones authority, I was going to suggest something along these lines too. It would be a fair and natural balance to the double points for big fields.

Excuse me Mr Prew, i won a 115 runner event at Luton in April. 115 > 100 imo.

Well done, though that was before we all knew your raising range was the top 219 hands not the top 21 hands

even more reason to change the rules then. No double points for >100, no half points for <100

Is it worth trying to make it a £100 FO tonight if they have fewer than 20 registered by kick-off time? just a thought.

Don't think so, too many try to play it like a £50 freezout, similar to wednesday.

After a nightmare of a journey to & from Edinburgh this weekend, (THREE Airports visited....) I'm just back, & DEFINITELY not coming out to play tonight, as I'm tired & grumpy & feisty.

But with a soft field comprising Tighty, Chompy, Snatty, all present & correct, it may be too big a temptation......

I never said I would be there. I'm currently using my will of iron to resist.
