I'm really happy with how training's going so far so it's time to step it up to the next level.
The next level involves improving my nutrition to increase size and get to where I finally want to be.
As a guide it is recommended that to increase muscle size you should consume approximately 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight. Before anyone asks there is no science to this as far as I'm aware but I've read it before and it worked for me so I'm going to do it again.
My current body weight is around 16st which is 224lb so I need to aim for around 330g of protein per day.
Anyone who ever reads protein quantities on food labels will quickly realise that this is bloody difficult to achieve so supplements are essential.
I'm going to come up with a diet plan including supplements to get me around the 330g mark.
I'll be starting this straight away but next week I'm away for a couple of days so I'll have a bad day immediately.
Saturday's Hopkin's birthday so that'll be a bad day but after that I'm fully on it.
Other than Stu's birthday the alcohol is also now out until September when I go on holiday. Serious time again!!

Have you ever seen someone bench press that amount?
The bar bends and the rack wobbles when you put the bar back.

Right, just got my hydroxycut in...will let you know if it works or not (Feel like a right tubby bastard now though after not having been to do the gym for a week...have obv been working out, just not at the gym, after recently discovering the mighty kettlebell)

I got some of that Hydroxycut when I ordered some Syntha 6, it's just been on the side though and I've never bothered with it. Be interested to know what the coup is though and may try it if you feel it's beneficial. I think mostly I've got to cut out the choco bars and pizzas

It really is just to help me shit that last bit of fat that I just can't seem to get rid off. Don't get me wrong, I'm not ripped by any stretch of the imagination but this last bit has been hanging around for too blood long and it's doing my head in.
My one concern is that each tablet contains 200mg of caffeine and they say to take 4 tablets a day. I already take caffeine tabs (will lay off them obv) and they are 200mg as well but state to only take 2 a day max.
hmmm, at least I should have loads of energy
Oh, and the stuff stinks to high heaven BTW, when you open the little jar, it's like smelling rank cheesy wotsits.

I had trimmed down from 16 1/2 to just under 15 at easter, then I started going on the piss again and then Vegas came along too so gg all that work. I'm not gonna bother with it actually and just go back to my pre easter diet which I know works
Have you thought about doing your own ECA stack?
Basically like T5 fatburners but you make your own so you know that you're getting pharma grade ephedrine and not the 'eph' they advertise in most of the supplements sold online.
You just buy Chest-eze from Boots/Amazon for the Ephedrine, Pro Plus for your caffeine, take an Asprin every day and jobs a good un.

Not considered it TBH mate.
Don't really want to get crazy with all that stuff. Will give Hydroxycut a shot and see how it goes (will let you know if I get any nice side-effects etc). Shouldn't really need to keep taking it (hopefully) if I keep eating right and excercising properly.

Yeah I'm much the same really although I've done quite a bit of research into it anyway just because I get bored....
Like you said if you're eating right and working out it should shift anyway. It's nice to have a little help occasionally though and if it's something simple like that all the better.

One nice side effect is that you'll be going for a piss 3 times as much as normal.
