Just ordered some Hydroxycut. I couldn't resist it.

I've ordered some protein things as well which look pretty good. Basically it's a drink that delivers 45g of protein and nothing else. They look really handy because they're pre-mixed so no arsing about with shaker bottles.

Should be good for pre and after training.

Is it this stuff? http://www.a1supplements.com/Smart-Protein-45g-Energy-Shot-12-Shots-p-21565.html

Looks tempting.

That's the fella. Should have it tomorrow so I'll let you know.

Erm......

Let's just say they're an acquired taste.

Not exactly to my liking but they're gone in 2 gulps so really convenient 45g protein boost after training.

Will be sticking with them.

They were these ones by the way: http://www.thesupplementstore.co.uk/brands/muscletech/muscletechsmartprotein.htm

The ones Boldie linked to were the energy ones which contain 20g protein and some other stuff as well.

These are just 45g of whey protein, BCAAs and pretty much nothing else. Awesome.

Having brief discussions with Cos about a short term weight loss turbo prop.

Would only be for bragging rights but could be interesting.

I've slipped a bit in the last week or so and I quite fancy losing a few lbs for my holiday a week on Thursday.

Prop will be simple I think.

Weigh yourself now then again at the same time on Wednesday 31st August.

Most lbs lost is awesome, least lbs lost is a twat.

I think I'm giving away quite a bit of EV here. Cos has recently admitted to having put quite a bit of weight on so should have more to lose.

I think I'm better than him at pretty much everything though so I should still win despite his overwhelming advantage.

If this happens I'll catalogue everything I eat on here and also weigh myself every night after my last meal before bed time.

Actually fuck it!! I'm going to do it anyway!!

Starts tomorrow.

Turbo weight loss starts tomorrow morning.

Should be fun to have another weigh in when I get back after a week with Stu on the piss.

Didn't train today by the way. I've been suffering from the after effects of the weekend which would've meant I wouldn't train properly anyway.

I decided it was better to just skip it and train on my rest day instead.

Weigh in is 101kg or 15st 12lb.

The lowest I've been for ages was after my recent detox when I hit 15st 8lb.

Pretty sure I can get back there easily but anything lower will be tough.

Going to start posting everything I eat starting in the morning and see how it goes.

I won't be doing this by going stupid and not eating. I want to show that you can lose weight even if you eat a lot of food.

I'll jump in as well if it's just for bragging rights, I'm prob at a disadvantage as I can't do any cardio but I'll give it a shot. I'm training as soon as I get up tomorrow so I'll weigh myself at the gym and also chuck everything I eat up too. I've been pretty lapse since Vegas and haven't made any headway in the weight loss department Sad

I'm in Matt. Weighed at 154.2kg this morning.

I'm not going to be doing anything crazy since I want mine to be a more long term thing, but it'll be fun and might just be what I need to get off to a good start!

p.s. have an exam on Thursday (which meant drinking after) and an Indian wedding at the weekend. GG me but gonna try and swerve the lot.

This will probably give you a bit of an advantage. Wink

Turbo prop weight loss is on!!!

It's basically 9 full days for weigh ins. Weigh in must be done at the same time preferrably every day for continued sweats but not the end of the world if not.

Also to avoid cheating please weigh yourself at the same stage of your daily meal pattern. I weighed myself after my last meal before bed so my daily / final weigh ins will follow this meal as well.

The runners with starting weights are:

Evilpie - 101kg

FreeRollin - 154.2kg

Milligan84 - 148.6kg

Greekstein - 96.5kg

Marky147 - 100.9kg

Girgy - 154.2kg

Outragous76 - 90.9kg

StuartHopkin - 85.9kg

Simon Galloway - 114.5kg

Any more fancy a go?

Marky can't do cardio either and I won't do it because it sucks so you're on a par with half the field already.

Would be interesting to post daily food intake up as well gents.

There's no pressure with this at all but if you're doing this as a catalyst to something bigger it'll definitely help a lot.
