Today I had some chicken an courgettes for breakfast (at 1pm) then an omelette, no milk/butter etc at around 6pm. Played football at 8 and no carbs the last 2 days def affected my energy.

Nicoise salad (potatoes removed) and 2 pieces of chicken (skin removed) for dinner.

Tomorrow night I can't avoid not eating great as its my dad's bday meal at a chinese but I'm gonna do a good cardio session during the day.

Weighed in at 152.7kg today. 300g loss from yesterday, which I'll definitely take. Today should be a great test to see how much I can avoid since I'm out the whole day.

Day 3.  17st 7.

Good weight loss which is normal for me on the first few days ~ indicative of how much crap I was eating just before.  I was eating a lot of chocolate and a lot of bread ~ for now it will be zero chocolate and occasional bread.

Going away for a week or so, but still should be able to avoid very bad foods.  May be some alcohol tho.  So today is an "eat what's left in the fridge" day.

Breakfast: whole grapefruit, bowl of special K with milk, OJ.
Planned Lunch: batch of home-made chilli, no carbs with it.  (think bowl of red chillis with a bit of mince sprinkled in) Last of the watermelon to cool it down after.
Planned Dinner: Possibly more special K, possibly a sarnie and some fruit for the car (if I'm not hungry before leaving)

FMEL. 101.1, a gain of 100g since starting and it was all Hopkin's fault.

His persuasive talents when it comes to alcohol are second to none. I should've been going out for a 3 mile walk at 9pm and instead I end up in town drinking a couple of lagers.

That's it now though!! I'm fully on this and it's serious!!

By my day 10 weigh in I'll be 15st 7lb no matter what. Even if I have to chop a leg off I'll still get there.

Eating a curry last night probably didn't help either so I'm going to make a few drastic diet changes as well.

Slowly getting there with the 45s but my first 2 sets really took it out of me.

I think the goal of 50s by Christmas should be just about possible but still some way to go.

If my life depended on it I'm 100% certain I could do a couple already but I'll still leave it a little while before having a go.

Maybe if there's a decent spotter about I might have a cheeky try in the next few weeks but if not I'll stick with the slow improvements plan.

Ending with 18x 20Kg? Man, you must have been Fecked after that.

My arms nearly fell off Cheesy

That set was so much harder than any of the other 3!!

I ended up having to cut my whole session a bit short and I think it was because of that set.

lol, no kidding. 18 reps after what you'd already done is just mental. Probably counter productive as well but still impressive.

Yeah defo down to the two lagers obviously.

How much does a pint of lager weigh?

I didn't have a piss after the first one so yes it is down to the lager.
