Guy has stooped to a new low, even for him.

Anyways, Food today:

Breakfast:
Grab Bag size tomato Wheat Crunchies and a bottle of lucozade
Lunch:
Beef and Tomato pot noodle
Snack:
10 LnB Silver
Tea:
Sausage casserole

The missus is on nights so i have to fend for myself.

Also i have to fast from 7pm tomorrow as i have more blood tests on Thursday morning as i have been pretty ill of late.

My usual eating routine when the missus is away:
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Nothing
Tea: either large fish and chips + battered sausage, large dominos mighty meaty and chicken wings, kebab and chips, or a selection of Indian meals.

The wife now does one week nights, one week earlies, on earlies i have healthy lunches made for me, salad pitas, tuna n cous cous etc and healthy teas when i get in. Its just the other 2 weeks of the month i need to sort out.

9 years ago i was 14 stone, so i have averaged just over a stone weight gain a year. Yikes. I used to drink a lot as well. Probs 8 pints a day on avg, but those days are long gone. 

This should be fun. If we getting talking props or whatever then obv we can only deal with overall %.

Ok I've just weighed myself in at the gym, I'm a full stone heavier than I was at easter tipping in at 15st 12 Cry

Nah I'm sat at my desk in the office, when I say 'just' I mean like 30 minutes ago.

I could never do it before because of my job. Defo fancy it now though! Apparently next season they are doing it, but you have to apply with a partner. Need to get me a fat female friend. I am convinced i would piss it. Even though i am mega fat/heavy i can still play sports and that. Some of them are a right mess, can barely walk. I hate it but i can physically do it.

We'll have to see how this goes then maybe set up a 'blonde biggest loser' thread every now and then for a 2 week event.

I think for most people it's that first week or 2 that's really tough. If you can't go that long you don't really want to anyway so shouldn't be doing it.

Hopefully with a bit of encouragement from everyone else during that initial phase it can kickstart a few longer term changes.

At the Gym I did Squats and Stiff Legged Deadlift.

Squats

30x5
35x5
40x5
45x5
50x6

SLDL

30x5
35x5
40x5
45x5
50x6 and almost got a seventh

Was in and out in about 30 minutes, almost took me as long to get to my car 50yards away Cheesy
