Big lad, you now have a proper sweat.

I couldn't train monday or tuesday and yesterday I fell asleep about an hour before I was due to train.

This means I have to train every day until monday. There's no real bad news though because I'm looking forward to it.

I've been tetchy having not trained and can't wait just to get into the gym tonight.

Nice to be 3-0 up in the prop this week.

I'm quietly confident that Cos is going to fail at some point. He doesn't seem dedicated really like he's doing it purely to stop himself losing a grand.

That'll work for a while but not long term.

I'll freely admit that for the first few weeks I couldn't have managed this without the money motivation.

I feel like I'm past that stage now though and that training is once again part of my life.

Shoulders today. Felt really good after physio yesterday. Still a bit sore in places but it made a big difference in strength with everything being straightened out.

Back to do tomorrow then arms Saturday.

Good luck catching up Cos.

Hehe just had a redic busy early part to the week. I played 1 hour of poker all week and that was last night after gym.

My weights training has been going well and I'm happy with it.

At the beginning I'd have said the opposite but you've found your stride now and I'm not sure you'll lose. Might be bit more difficult for you when your bird comes back.

You're drawing to a draw cos I'm going to do it.

Weights has been good but I need to step up with the eating and weight loss.

Session 2 tonight - back and tris.

No not really. Apparently it turned in to one though.

Pretty sure I'm not coming back from the carribean for that mate.

I'm here on the Thursday if you are but other than that it's a no go.

So my little dig at Cos has apparently got his back up a bit.

He now wants to change an element of the prop to show how determined he is.

From now on there is no possibility of catching up a session the following week.

Train less than 4 times one week and you're 1 down. Do it again and you lose.

I'm quite happy with this to be honest. I'm comfortable with my 4/5 sessions a week now so it shouldn't be a problem.

There may a circumstance where one of us can't possibly train and we're both reasonable enough to make allowances. We're talking family emergency here or personal crisis not a bit of a sneeze.

What happens if you want to go on holiday for a week? Do you have to train whilst away?

I'm off on holiday next Friday.

I'm really looking forward to this as it's a holiday to see my girlfriend who work's on a cruise ship and I've not seen her for 2 months.

I fly out to Tampa on Friday, board the ship on Saturday then it's a 5 day jaunt around the Carribean visiting the Cayman Islands and Cozumel in Mexico on the way.

As much as the cruise should be fun I'm only going to see the bird. It's just a cheeky bonus that it's somewhere so nice.

With regards to training I was intending to have this holiday as my first week off.

I'm starting to think though that it may be possible to still get 4 sessions in.

Next week I'll have to train monday to thursday to sort that week out.

The following week the Mrs has to work some of the time while I'm there and there's obviously a gym on the cruise.

I'll obviously need something to do while she's at work so I think the gym could be a good plan.

It's up to Cos whether he'll be flexible on this plan.

Can I book the week off just in case but then cancel it if I find that the gym is good and I decide to train?
