Quick update from the Carribean.
The gym onboard the ship is pretty good so I've trained 3 times so far.
Saturday was a good arms session, Sunday a good legs session but something went wrong doing legs.
I've got the old lower back pain again so Monday's chest session got cut short due to f**kin agony!!!
It's not so bad that it could spoil a holiday but certainly too painful to train.
They've got a nice sauna and steam room though which I've used every night including tonight but I'm still down a couple of sessions for the prop.
The plan is to see how I feel tomorrow and maybe pull in a shoulders session. I can do shoulders without involving my lower back too much so that should be fine if I take it reasonably steady.
I get back to Nottingham about 5pm on Friday so I can get a session in then which leaves Saturday morning to finish the week off before heading to Birmingham for the Vegas qualifier thing.
Other than training the holiday has been awesome. It's been really nice to see the bird after a long absence and I really couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and chilled out week.
Back to the work grind next week
