I thought it was incredibly veiled myself.

It really was awesome though. You're sat there with AA in the big blind and see an EP raise and you're laughing.

Next thing you know there's chips flying in everywhere.

Not bothered that I lost. I was only flipping against the 3 of them anyway.

Monday May 23rd food:

10.00am - Breakfast. 2 whole eggs + 4 egg white omelette.

1.00pm - Lunch. 225g extra lean mince made in to a chilli + 1 x pitta.

4.30pm - Pre training. Flapjack + banana

6.00pm - After training. Protein shake.

10.30pm - 225g chicken with low fat dolmio sauce + 50g whole wheat pasta.

Had a great chest session yesterday.

I'd planned to start back on the dumbell presses at 30kg but I was feeling good so I jumped straight to the 35s.

I'm pleased I did as well because I'm almost back to where I was before my injury.

Today's food:

Just starting lunch and I've realised that I've forgotten my relish to go with my chicken.

In case anybody's wondering 225g of plain chicken breast is basically fucking horrible.
