Colorado Yes. http://www.coadp.org/thenews/history.htmlso unless the rules changed when the law was changed post 9/11 with a new treaty being written to make it easier to extradite terrorists and MBJ facing a 1st degree murder charge then i cant see him getting extradited

They do have it, but aren't as quick to implement as some other states. 'Lethal injection' is their party piece when they go about it at all.

They do have it, but aren't as quick to implement as some other states. 'Lethal injection' is their party piece when they go about it at all. doesnt matter about speed since the UK banned capital punishment they wont extradite anyone to face it but i can remmeber something changing a few years back but cant remember what it was i know its now easier to extradite someone (as the 3 bankers found out a couple of years ago they wouldnt have under the old rules)

The US attorney or the state prosecutor has to take it off the table before asking for extradition. Life in prison is the max term possible.

not strictly true, the only reason we won't extradite someone facing the death penalty is because the european court of human rights won't let us we will however extradite as long as the receiving country guarantee us the death penalty will not apply to the individual
