Well played to Expresso and larfin' Loofah in the £100. 
[ ] I did well.
It's hard to misss when you're up and down on the flop, with a flush draw AND two overs; but I can. Super. 

The atmosphere at the G was excellent last nite - and there were MILFs everywhere.

Unfortunately Vinny "two curries" Calenti failed to make day 2 in the M.E. U/L sir.

For anyone who didn't see this on the main event day 1b thread, I asked Tighty & Rockstar to post a "funny photo" - and got this.

British Gas got it in in Level 2, K-9 suited against A-A on an A high flop with two of his suit and a straight draw. He turned the straight, opponent rivered the house.

Gas left the table thinking he was out, came back a few minutes later aftert the table had debated whether to callhim back or not (Antony the dealer said No, btw) to realise he has 1400 left at 50-100

Got that back to 3700 and then got knocked out mid level 3.

Thanks to all for good wishes. Tried the main event, was out in third round. I had K, 10 of diamond, the flop was A,Q diamond and 5. We had a raise reraise allin after flop, I had my striaght on turn and he hit house on the river and rest is history.

Really enjoyed the game great turnout and getting closer to winning one of these events..

Went to the final  3rd lowest chips so i got to be happy but when i had the chip lead with just over 350,000 i felt i had a real live chance , but the Poker gods want me still to wait !!

I can't believe that my recent return to form hasn't yet been talked about on this thread.

I managed to win a side-event @ the G yesterday.

In fact I won TWO.

Played Dan the dealer Sharkie twice heads-up and won BOTH.
I am Legend; obv.

Mr Chompy, can u pls confirm how many league points I get for this.

Georgey Whitey was absolutely appalled.
Wouldn't say it's the worst thing I've ever seen at a poker table though. Andy Johnson's Walsall antics and D'Artagnan's Boxing Day slowroll were two that were at least as bad last year imo.
