A few years ago an acquaintance from the City was one of the three contestants in a heat of the 'Chef. She'd done the intial task, spent the next day in the Professional kitchen and rocked up early the next day for the final day's shooting

Torode is a few minutes late and as he walks on set, contestants at the ready, breezes past Sarah and whispers "Sorry I am late, I was busy wanking over you"

Needless to say the Wild mushroom and Salmon Risotto followed by Amaretto and Chocolate cheesecake was not exactly a triumph, after that.

They are having a private sit `n` go ten handed i believe claw,not playing the afternoon comp as they have something planned for the evening

Sorry for lack'age of response Claw, we've beeen re-arranging and decorating the house for tomorrow's party for the future's future of poker.

As always, Star-de-le-Rock is correct in his reportage that we are having a mucho-privado Sit-and-Go-o (at 2.30pm tomorrow).
Mainly Dan's mates but me and LittleRed have to play too, OBV.
[  ]   This sure is nothing to do with the fact that I am paying for it, and have to have a have a chance to win my money back.

So we will be there from 2 pm and certainly when the 3.30 comp starts.

Then we're having a Partyas Maximas at ours in the evening, so we can't play any "real" comps at the G tomoz, so Dan's first experience of a (half-ish) proper tourney will be the Tuesday night triple-donk, which is surprisingly on Tuesday.

LOL - Our house has been turned into a mini Luton G,  for his "Casino night" theme party. In the house we have 2 Roulette tables, a blackjack table, a craps table and apparently we r setting up a poker table. We also have a RIDIC amount of casino style decorations, banners, hangy things and other stuff here there and everywhere.

Oh well, you're only 18 once.

There have been some weird and wacky Wednesday winners this year but most of the Friday results have looked 'right'. Dan Deluca would be riding high in the league were he in it, just through playing the odd Friday donkament when back from Bristol. That's no surprise, Daniel is class.

Yeah I was surprised when I sat down last night; I hadn't read anything on here about them changing, so wasn't expecting some decent chippies (let's face it the other ones were pretty shite).
So what happened tonight then Claw?

badly played aces for most of my stack early doors (but they went to a good home in the form of fellow leaguer pizzled), doubled up with well played aces (cos they won obv), then lost the lot getting them in with 66 vs 45 on a 245 flop.  Had fun tho!
