Weeeee - WP the women!! Mrs Drainy and Claw!!!! Women are the future of poker!

I played badly, left the G with egg on my face, on my drive home got rear ended by a very big lorry which decided that the traffic stopped in front of him in the roadworks on the M1 would magically disappear as he continued to unwrap his mars bar - it didn't and I spent 3 hours in casualty.

[ ] I didn't spend the three hours wondering why I ever bother with poker, and that I would have been better off at at home watching the tv....

[X] The morphine for the whiplash is great  Grin

[ ] I may attend Luton tonight just so I can start a new 'drugs in poker' thread.

GG the girls, lets keep this going!!

blimey ding, sorry to hear about your accident, and also wot happened with the lorry too
hope you're ok
re u getting the bus to Luton tonite then?

For the attention of a league elder....

URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED

Dear Sir,

I have been examining the league table following recent updatements, and have spotted a serious error.

For some reason - that I can only asume will be explained as a simple user input error - you have put LittleRed above me in the table.

Clearly this is totally ridic

You seem to have entered her "number played" as 16 when it should clearly be 17 (11 + 5 = 17, obv)
by manipulating editing this figure she slides suitably down the league table and would rightly be below me (oooh err)

Please can you amend the table accordingly. I am willing to pay proper real cash for this accidental change.

Yours most cheatingly sincerely

Drain Alien (prepared to go to any lengths to not let mrs finish ahead)

At least you've now got a safe answer to that tricky old question;

"When did you stop beating your wife?"

;-)

btw alan is that an allotment in the background of your picture?
it looks like an Adonia Arbutifolia if I am not mistaken?

You're a bit out. It's a photo from our recent holiday in the Rwanda mountains.

It's not very clear in a small picture but we're about 5 metres away from a troupe of 15 mountain gorillas there. You can just about see a few of them in the top left of the picture.

Funniest moments at the G last night were Celtic's strident bursts of 'support' for Deano at the F/T of the £100.

[   ] Sellick sure wanted Our Man From Palermo to win.

Any more of this 'Gorillas in the phuqqin Mist' boasting Lucky - and I'll be forced to put up my photo of a squirrel munching my trainers at Centre Parks, circa 1991!

Dave 'The Plum' 'A6 >> AK' 'Chuck Norris' 'QJ >> KJ' Johnson supplemented Friday's win with another second last night. His 12pts take him up the league and also mean he's breached the defences of the MAS by easing into third in the fantasy league. As for the MAS being positioned on table 3, seats 1, 2 and 3, well a few eyebrows were raised I can tell you!
I thought myself and Edna were heading for another chop at one stage but it wasn't to be, with the evil one crashing out in fifth.

Chomps

I think u need to clean your typewriter cos it has left a strange series of horizontal dashes halfway down the league table
if u give it a clean I reck that should do the job innit

I also realised that I made an error with my march games played figure and it was actually 5, not 6
how silly of me
pls amend the table accordingly
[ ]  this sure is true, and isn't just a cunning attempt to manipulate the figures to be above the wife in the table
