ZOMG, TV's Anthony Kendall only rocked up to the G in his new pimped-up ride and showed the youngsters how it's done. Perhaps he was right after all when he thought he was better than Thewy back in the day.
Whatever, it's 18pts to shoot him up the table and, annoyingly with a view to my side bet with Boer Wars, another 18pts on to Gotchy's fantasy league total. The Rockstar is into the magic 500s.
No other leaguers cashed, the only other name of note being Pep Fontana, who'll defo be in the next Fantasy list.

He made money, but could have made more.

After the “young seat three" donks off a big stack to the “clueless seat one" on the final table, we are 4 handed.  With about 600,000 chips in play, approx stack sizes are;

Peter Kwan                  110,000
Me                     40,000
“Clueless seat one”                             280,000
Trevor Payne                170,000

Peter asks quietly if we’d be interested in a four way split of £800 each. Trevor hears this and is a bit surprised. I hear it and say it’d be OK with me. At this stage “Clueless seat one” with nearly half the chips doesn’t hear it. The next hand is dealt, Peter folds and I have A 10 s and am contemplating either a raise or an all in with my 10bb’s (blinds are 2,000/4,000). I pause and wonder about mentioning the deal again. I tell Peter again that I’d be happy to split, but none of us can quite bring ourselves to raise such a ridiculous proposal with the chip leader. Eventually Peter suggests it out loud and “Clueless seat one” considers it, consults his mate who’s watching, looks at the stacks and considers it some more. I suggest that it’d be a good result & a good nights work for us all. Just as I think he’s about to propose an alternative deal (and Trevor is telling him the win is £1,250), he says, “I tell you what, if I lose this hand, we’ll split it.” I fold my A 10 quickly, he looks at his cards and folds his small blind, giving Trevor a walk. The clincher is when I say its “a risk free £800.” He agrees to the deal and we play one final hand for official places.

I get K7 and proceed to miss the board entirely, but so does everyone else. “Clueless seat one” wins with ace high and my king takes 2nd.   Nina and Niall are watching and can’t believe how lucky Peter and I have been to get such a good deal.  Credit is due to Peter for suggesting it and following through. Thanks also to Trevor for not objecting to a deal that wasn’t great for him. He wanted “Clueless seat one” to object, but he didn’t get the message!

Mmmmmmm - after what myself (and Nirvana) heard last night    ....      maybe not this 'deal' was not the G's finest moment.

Apparently 'seat one' was a little bit more than just 'clueless'       .....     

The poor sod was properly Dolly Dimple - that was why the guy was accompanied by his carer    ....     he had Learning Difficulties.

Notwithstanding    .....      he was too good for 90% of the field!

He may have been er,, dolly dimple,, but decent sort. He asked Dan how he was doing on the evening on the way out. Dan said he was down £60 and the guy offered Dan £60.

Interesting back story to this one I think, wp everybody.

Just seen this and don't feel so good about it now.

Last Monday TK asked myself, Luther,and Boar Wars to look after a guest he had with him

She was sat with the 3 MAS members and was a bit shy as poker was new to her,so could we do the honours and make her feel welcome e.t.c

No problem,she was quiet at first,eat a lot {she had 2 main meals,and shared her pud with me} was pretty enough but nothing special so i thought,her clothes were dowdy and unflattering,fairly bog standard 20 year old with a nice smile was my lasting memory

Since that night it has come to my attention what the sweet young Kate does for a living,i felt it only right i share this with you all......

Hi All
A few more of you saw me tonight, I won't be able to slip under the radar soon.
I bubbled in 6th and got a £50 saver in the 30 runner £40 f/o top 5 paid , do I get a few points :-)
That was my 2nd game in April, enjoyed it very much especially limping with 66 and flopping AK6 to treble up.
