Goals on Sunday just announced that Sheff Wed and Brian Laws have parted company.

I know things havent been going well for wednesday this year but I didnt expect him to be sacked, I saw something on sky sports where they asked the fans outside a game and most seemed supportive.

FFS that is really premature, he was a good manager, not his fault we have a dogshit squad and no money.

Traditionally we seem to do well with a caretaker manager for a decent run, but this is so poorly timed, no idea who the fook would want to come to us who is any better.

You are kidding me "supportive"?

He simply had to go. The players had stopped playing for him. Yesterday they were a complete shambles.

nope not kidding, on sky sports they were asking fans outside the game if they thought he should be sacked, most said that he should be given some more time.

He's had several years. Granted the club has no money, and has problems behind the scenes but I reckon it was time for a change. To do that, a new man has to come in before the transfer window to freshen things up with ins/outs/ so really they could wait no longer.

Please hire Trevor Francis back.

If for no other reason than to stop him ruining my enjoyment of South American football on Sky Sports.

He's not a bad manager but i think it was time for a change. Shame it's not worked for him i liked him alot.
First people on the list would be Curbishley and Coppell. Maybe a bit unrealistic to ask for. I hope we can get Fergie.

I'd be astonished if curbishley took a job in the north, he's made no secret of the fact that he doesn't want his family to leave essex

more likely ipswich are lining him up to replace keane

Nigel Worthington seems likely, as it looks like he'll be leaving the Northern Irish job, and he is ex-Wednesday.
