Penalties are rigged.
Sure does help my mood the guy doing the live updates on the local Norwich papers website, says Soton missed a penalty and we are through. So i leave my laptop singing wemberlee, to come back and realise we are out.

i am on city along with the big 3 (yes that includes liverpool) only the 4 fold odds are too small today and only team i can see getting anything from the big 4 is burnley but the odds werent big enough
