I just sat on my keyboared and the screen has turned to the left, the start button is now on the right side of the screen and i have to turn my head left to see what i'm doing wtf did i click and how do i change it back??

To move the taskbar...
"Click an empty space on the taskbar ... drag the taskbar to one of the four edges of the desktop."
Try that, bung the taskbar on the right or something, then bung it down the bottom again and see if that fixes shit.

Keyboard controls still don't work but I have found the option in my display settings. I'm going to keep it like this for a couple of days.
