Cilic has also had three five-setters so far, whereas Murray hasn't dropped a set and has even had one two and a half-set match.

Cilic is a big serving monster right?

Murray moves him around, keeps the ball low and returns the ball as well as he can and he's favourite?

similar player to isner but less versatile, does the same thing on every service point. murray should handle him pretty easily

less versatile than isner ? i thought isner was very poor apart from his big serve. Cilic has more to his game than just a big serve.

termendous win for the Scot btw

Cilic isnt really much like Isner at all. Isner is just a big serve and if the ball is in play will try and end the points asap by taking some shots on huge groundstrokes.

Cilic doesnt rely too heavily on his serve, his 1st serve percentage was poor today, he is all about the baseline rallies. He looks to attack but builds it up patiently. Hes good, hes not just a serve at all. Forehand and Backhand groundstrokes are his game.

Murray should win, but will be a very good match.

Not going to be easy but Murray is playing very well.

Good time to lay?  Lay now, green out when the Fed Express rolls into the semis?

I asked Blatch this and he basically said no cos if Fed somehow loses you're screwed. You may as well just bet on Fed.

What I tried to explain to George was that Murray is Fave cos he is through.  If Federer beats Denko then he will go back fave but if Fed loses then Murray's price will shorten further. Therefore trading the Murray price between now and his semi is the same as backing / laying the Fed match.

I geniunely can't remember Federer every retiring from a match, I am sure it must have happened. He doesn't tend to be very injury prone though.

He also has made 22 consecutive grand slam semis, which is just a ridic record.

Federer is such a class act and different to anyone else ever.

1st set n a half against Davy and he made 29 unforced errors and Davy was 3/11 on break points.  Then after losing 1st set and being 1:3, 15:40 down he shanks a retrun and Davy misses a sitter at the net and then 20 mins later Fed has won every game since and now level at 1:1 in sets.  Has played amazingly well since and looks complete opposite to earlier.
