They will be in the UEFA cup as holders next season  . I would like to see the thread from the start of the season were IIRC nobody was giving City a sniff of making the top 4. They look pretty good for it now. |

I do remember chatting in the pub last summer saying which of the big 4 would drop out and be replaced by City. I did however think it might take a couple of seasons for that to happen. Probably would have taken two seasons if it wasn't for Liverpool being so bad this year. |

Before we sold Alonso we were probably tipped as much as Man U to win the league. Some people even tipped Liverpool after Alonso was sold, half way though the season when they were 7 points behind 4th place and playing pants  |
