I am told that the security restrictions in place (send copy of passport etc) have been blanket lifted by Fraud operations

This 'Fraud operations' department - I assume that's the one preventing fraud, rather than the one causing it?

i lol'd pretty hard, then cried a bit.

As for people trying to cashout to cards they have deposited to before but its saying the havent i remember i had that a while ago, i think they changed over the cashier system so it doesnt 'remember' those deposits. (This was a while back though so if you deposited recently then it must be a new problem)

Yes, Aqua changed cashiers earlier this year, its a problem for those deposits made on the old cashier, but not subsequently withdrawn on the new cashier

Anyway you'll all be pleased to know that an email with a series of queries is now with our friends in Mauritius to wake up to, including all the PMs to me

Will get back to you asap

Simon

I'll send them a list of queries in the morning

When I get a recommended course of action for you, I will let you know

Thanks. In the scheme of things $94.46 means little to me, just don't want these crooks to benefit!

spin up on blackjack?

Oops

Has £8.05, now have over £128...

Thanks for your help with this. I spoke with Helen at Aqua live support and she's been very helpful.

quick update

- all queries on this thread now being addressed

- the facility to withdraw poker points has been removed. Loyalty bonus was the way we rewarded our players, and Points (at full cost to us the skin, would be a form of double rakeback)

- Withdrawal limits are £4,500 per pop. Very nice if you are withdrawing more than that

- Minimum withdrawl is 10 units of your account currency. If you have less than that, its spin up time I think

Happy to take on any queires by PM and work towards quick withdrawals for you all

Trying to withdraw via Neteller and getting this message "Sorry, but in order to withdraw using NETeller you must give account ID or first make deposit using this method. Thank you."

Well I have made previous deposits and withdrawals using Neteller and my Account ID was filled in.

Any ideas?

Happened to me when I withdrew a while back.  I deposited an additional tenner, and then withdrew the full balance and that worked for me.

This.

You have NO IDEA how difficult Aqua are being with some of these withdrawals, it is a living nightmare. The longer you leave your money on Deposit there, the scarier it gets.

Please withdraw NOW.

Over 50 requests had to be made to get just two large balances withdrawn, (both home & hosed as of today, phew) & despite continued, daily, requests, they don't even give an explanation.

Also, no matter what you have on Deposit, if you do not "request withdrawal", Aqua will keep it.

Given that they threw us off the Network (because we had a "winning book"), you'd assume they would automatically pay everyone out without being asked. They will not. With each day, they are throwing more obstacles in our path.

Withdraw NOW, please.
