I've only played one APAT game and I didn't really enjoy it. It was full of loud mouthed drunk people. Quite a few people didn't like this and it didn't make for a nice atmosphere. I've not been to one of them since.
...and that's different to a blonde bash in what way? Also, good sample size. |

Yes I think there have been at least 2 tournaments like that since it started, so probably best avoided. |

But given how much effort it was to actually get into the thing (clickfest thingy) I see no reason to really try it again. |

I got into poker through APAT weekends.
But i dont think you can compare Blonde Bashes with APAT weekends.
Apat Weekends = Blonde Bash if it was full of Bainns

Was that one notably worse than the others? yes, and a couple of temporary bans were issued as a result. There was still fun to be had that weekend though, including an interesting chat about professinal jousting iirc, plus the drama of the running man. |

when and where is the next apat or sky event i want to play something soon but i dont want to be messing about with planes trains and taxis as i aint that fit at the moment
