coming from a low volume bronze star on stars, how do the rewards for achieving SN manifest themselves?

Do they just give you the money or is it in the form of tourney tickets/dollars or is it a rakeback deal for continued SN style volume??

If you start the year as Supernova it's the equivalent of ~42% rakeback according to FPP Pro

[  ] Manifestationaments.

thats about $30K for monda over the year isn't it. not too bad??

$1 = 5.5 VPPs

It's more like $7.5k assuming he gets 100,000 VPPs next year although I believe he's shooting for 2 or 3...

Might just be me, I thought when he said how do the rewards manifest themselves he was asking about how you actually get the cash (ie, exchange a certain quantity of FPPs for an amount of cash at the FPP shop) rather than asking how much cash you get.

He seems happy enough with your answer though, so I'll go hide in a box for a bit.

I'd be really interested to know this.

Purchasing the $4k cash reward works out at about 31% if I've got my maths correct below. Where does the other 10% come from??

$4k costs 250000 fpps

At SN that is 71429 vpps (3.5x multiplier)

You get 5.5 vpps/$1 raked so it's $12987 raked to get a $4k cash reward.

That's about 31%

I can't see stellar bonuses making up 10% but I could well be wrong. So what's the answer clever people?

Assumption for 2011 in Mondas case as a SN, and that he will repeat this feat.

To get sn again he will need to rake $18181.81.

In return he will get 350000fpp        =  $5600 (taking cash bonus)
Stellar Rewards  =  $1200 (slightly different from this year where there was a milestone at 100k)
Freerolls            =  $920 (monthly and quartely freerolls only for vips)
                              Total                 =  $7520

7520/18181 = 41.3%

Just checked the stellar bonus.

Total of $1000 which takes 90k vpps to earn.

That's $16363 in rake so about 6.1% on top of the 31% getting us up to 37%

There's a milestone bonus of $1k at 100k vpps which costs 50k fpps to purchase so not a great deal different to buying the $4k credit.

If we assume that we make exactly 100k vpps in a year starting at SN we get 350000 fpps

We use 50000 to buy $1k

We use 250000 to buy $4k

Assume max value for the other 50000 left as we wouldn't cash 'til next year so that's worth $800

Add stellar rewards of $1k gives a total $6800

100k vpps cost us $18181 in rake

Rakeback = 37.4%

Oh man I'm getting closer!!!!

Only 5% short now!!!

Edit after being ninja'd by Longy:

Hadn't accounted for freerolls and stellar rewards going up.

Thanks mate I can go to bed now Cheesy

Interesting stuff.

Planning to reach 200k vpps which gives a 3.4k bonus for 50k fpps.
