What a ridiculously sick game...
Just under 24 hours ago I was so fukn pissed off with Poker. I've had a few good sweats the last two or three weeks that didn't go my way then yday I FT'd the Party festival $55 40k event with 8k UT only to have KK<<<<JJ with 7 left, I was 4/7 with 2x 5th and needed 5th for a decent profit for myself so was pretty sad about that ( <3 Jon Gill who tid) . The fact I grinded until 4am and then pretty much went straight to bed didn't help either as I woke up in a similar mood to when I went to bed.
So had a study session with one of the coaches today which I really enjoyed, <3 Dimi, and that perked me up a bit so got on the grind. I found a sweat in a 27 Hyper and was deliberating what to do with the rest of my session. I decided I would fade the Party 109 as I expect it'll be tougher on a Thurs over most other days except maybe Tues and since make up was so low I wanted to try and book a $ number, but if I fade the Party 109 50k then maybe should also be fading big109 since they Party comp will be softer for sure, so I had thought ok lets fade both. Then a couple minutes went by and I thought WTF man up and just play both, the backers tell me to play both, lets gooooooo.
So we played the b109 (didn't actually end up playing the Party 109 lol as I come 4th in the 27 Hyper when 3rd was need for profit so was over it at that point tbh), heatered the shit out of it and chopped it heads up and booked a profit of $15,725.49 and will end up with about £5k profit for myself.
The 1st word I have to say after that is, RELIEF, relief that after so many near misses or decent scores I finally closed something properly for maximum joy but mostly relief that for the 1st time in about three years I can actually have a little bit of peace mentally, I love doing this for a living and wouldn't change anything and genuinely mean that but would be lying if I said it hasn't been tough along the way (last time I mention that zzzzz, I've made that point enough lol). But, it's been a great start to the year, I'm on target for what I hope to achieve in 2016 and I'm very fukn happy right now.
Will update next when it's 10k either way again, legoooooooooo.

Nice one, don't know how you lads do it, I couldn't live with the uncertainty of when my next 'salary' was going to land in my bank account.
