Dipped my toes back in the water today.

I was debating playing today as I'm still feeling pretty from the holiday,I'm lazy I know.Decided to put a small session in and play 100;I was up 150 after about 40 but then ran pretty bad and was in for 250.Binked a 12 to cut it down a bit but then a poor finish meant it wasn't a great day back, sigh.

Games today : 100
Loss today : $111.50

Current bankroll : $2213.00

i always have problems with my HEM i need to do this every time i start it!

control panel /system & maintainence/admin tools / service (double click) / scroll down to postgres sql database click on start then open HEM.

this is the only way i can get mine to work at all, might be something to try.

ps only saw your PM the other day monda wasnt being rude in ignoring it just not used to getting them you asked what was happening with the 45's well i seem to have lost the ability to win money plus my daughter is on school hol's so not as much time free.

hope you get HEM sorted

cheers

I was just referring to the day when they weren't listed in the Stars lobby but didn't think you where being ignorant.

I've managed to sort the HEM problem,I'm currently importing all my hands which is going to take a few hours so it'll have to be tmoro when I get back on it.

If you are seriously struggling to beat them get James to do some coaching with moshman imo but I know you've been playing them for a while so are you not just going through a rough patch, your 20 tabling though aren't you and I see you about a lot so I'd expect you to have grinded through that.

glglgl at the tables

PS Hope none of the above sounded patronising it certainly isn't intended just know you've said your struggling for a while.

Well obviously this months been a bit of a non starter which certainly wasn't the plan what with the holiday, recovery time and then software problems and I'm a bit peed off with myself for that but it's done now so nevermind.

I had a six month deal with the coaching which has now ended and I decided that I didn't need to carry on with the coaching as I feel I am where I want to be skill wise playing these and James agreed.I can't praise him enough tbh,he really has helped a lot with how things have gone and although I've obviously shipped a lot a still feel indebted to him as it's changed my life loads obviously with how well things have gone and although a lot of that is down to me, a lot of it also down to him and as I say I'll not forgot it and am eternally grateful to him.Simon has also helped and I appreciate the time he's giving me as well(obv not poker strategy as he's a fish).Anybody who is thinking of getting coaching I would strongly recommend them for the reasons above.I was asked by Simon if I'd like to become a coach and at first I was keen but the longer I thought about it the less it seemed like a good idea for me,I may do so in the future but for now I just want to concentrate on building my roll and making SN.

So where do I go from here, well for one I'm sick of worrying about br issues and it going low as I could easily have a 150bi downswing and if that happened to me as of now I'd be in a bit of trouble.I have a couple things to sort out financially basically owing money and I also owe some money for fpps as I have to give them 50% of them so I'll get that sorted asap. Then I want to get my roll to $5k as that would leave me really comfortable and then from that point I intend to start clearing some of my debt that I have such as loans, store cards etc, sigh.I intend to make SN by the end of the year and I'm just about on course to do that,I definitely will manage that though as it's a big jump for rakeback being SN for the start of next year.As I've said before I plan to play these for as long as I'm making enough to live on so hopefully that'll be for at least another couple years, who knows what could happen with online poker though but I don't expect it to stop anytime soon.

Anyway it's back to grinding now after far to much time off next month my volume will be over 3k for definite,i hope!!!!

Onto today,

I had a good first day back, first day proper anyway. It was especially pleasing after I was in for around $300 after about 60-70 games but managed to bink a few to get out and then had a good finish to make it a good day.

Games today : 200
Profit today : $287.00 + 50

Current bankroll : $2537.00

I debated not doing any updates until all the carry on had got sorted but thought nobody would really be bothered so just decided to post up what I'm doing.I really hope somehow things get sorted amicably and most of all hope Kev manages to get things sorted for himself.

Do you think now that you're owning all your profit that will have a positive, negative or no real effect on your motivation to play.
