Ah, that's excellent news!!!  Will they do more tests to be sure it's her meds or is that the end of it?

Good day all round today shipped 4.5 bi's, still down 2.5 bi's for the month but nice to cut a chunk of it. Debating what to do tmoro, will either go and watch the match with me Dad and not have a drink then come home after the game and grind or got invited to a mates to watch it then possibly going to a beach party, on the plus side that'd prob be pretty com however, I can't stand the beach, I really hate sand, it tilts the fk outta me. See how I feel when I get up but 80% going to grind, esp as it's the big one next Saturday so will be having next weekend off.

Joining in with Pads' 6max group, not doing any live sweats but should be good and looking forward to seeing how that pans out. Think Pads' is pretty similar to me in the sense that he seems super keen to improve so should be good. Plus I get to chat through hands with the BITB, I run good.

Discipline FTW. Faded the alcoholaments and put a small grind in shipping 3 bi's, nice to have a couple of good days after a few shitty ones, hopefully have the upswing without the downswing first next week.

Just had a pretty crazy short session, decided again to go to the pub to watch the match and not drink so I could grind, within about 15mins I was in for $150, I then barrelled 2 streets in a 3b pot in a good spot but he stuck it in my eye, sigh. It seemed to work out sick well though, very next hand vs same villain I flop a set and 3b flop Axxhh he jams, wiiiiiiiiiiii, he has A10hh, turn brick, river heart, it sure did. Straight after that on another table I find AA in hj aggro btn 3b I 4b he peels, flop 842hh i bet 1/3 pot hoping to induce he obliges having flopped the world with 108hh, turn 10 river brick, FML, in for 4 bi's in like an hour, I was pretty steaming for a very short while and was going to end the session there but carried on. 5 minutes later I find AA again this time in bb, utg who is the same villain that had A10hh opens utg, I 3b he peels, I cb 3/4 pot on 1093cc flop, turn is a 2 I barrel 20 into 50 to setup a river jam, he jams, I put him on either 1010,99, 109 or JJ+ and some combo draws urghhhhhhh, I call and he has KK, wiiiiiiiii. I then had a decent couple of hours and made some pretty good river bet sizing's to get paid off and managed to finish up $75, so a swingy day to end a swingy week. Near the end of the session I was feeling pretty wrecked so wrapped it up.

The last couple of weeks I've found myself getting tired within around 4 hours into a session which is only half way to how long I'd like to grind. My current routine is something like this: I go to sleep around 4/5am Tuesday, get up at 8am for work, get back home at 1pm then go back to sleep until around 9pm, get up, get sorted and start a session by around 10:30-11pm, play thru until around 5-6am, go to work on Wednesday at 8am get back at 1pm sleep during the day then can grind between 5/6pm-4/5am and sleep around 7/8am-3/4pm. I'm managing with that sleep pattern pretty well and don't think that's why I'm tired. The reason I might be getting tired is because I haven't been eating that much, yeah you read that right. I'm not on a diet, per se, I don't do diets, I've just decided to be a bit healthier, I'm not monitoring my weight and have no idea if I've lost any as like I say that's not why I'm doing it. However, at the minute I'm basically having a bowl of cereal when I get up, a main meal either, in between doing 2 4 hour session or if I'm not hungry after I finish a full session, then I have another bowl of cereal for supper and that's it. As any one who's ever read this will know, I'm incredibly lazy. However, when I get in the mood to grind I do grind hard, so it's been frustrating that I've been ending sessions early but as I've said before I don't see any point in keep on playing if I know I'm start to feel tired and thus won't play as well. There hasn't ever been a point where I've been fighting the urge to eat or anything but just possibly me reduce the amount I'm eat by a huge amount could possibly be why I'm tired no ?

One of the good things about online cash is that you can still get a lot of hands in within a short space of time and aren't committed to a massive session like with MTTs. However, unlike the games you were playing before, you aren't on autopilot with decisions which might be why you tire more as you're using your brain more.

I rarely play massively long sessions now but might play two or three 3hour sessions in a day. You're more focused and sharp that way I feel. Even if u have a 1 hour break between 4 hour sessions that's still an 8 hour grind.

Yeah, I know that cash is more tiring on the brain, although not sure of the difference between 24 tabling and 4 tabling, but cash is definitely tougher. I agree that 2x4 hours session is probably better than trying to put long grinds in, sometimes I'm just in the mood but most of the times I try to split it up by having a meal in between 2 sessions.
