If you can cut out crisps and sweets etc the that's really good.
Also fresh pizza is indefinitely more healthy then the frozen ones. If you can get round to making your own then even better!!
As said with the fish, just stick it in some foil and bung in oven, tastes great and no mess or washing up!!
Seems like you have a very carbs based diet, like most people. Well you will never get ripped with a 6pac, itS not particularly that bad for you. Just change from white bread, plain rice, pasta etc to whole meal stuff where possible. And preferably try to give yourself a couple hours between your last carb intake and sleep.
As a poker player who would/will require stamina, all these sugary sweets, drinks etc people eat pre and mid grind are so bad. Yes they might give you a short term energy boost (~20mins), ou will feel more tired after. Not to mention your body can grow an intolerance to the energy boost and its so bad long term. Far better off having a banana or something!!
I'm surprised that frozen pizza so much worse that fresh.
Why is that?

It obviously depends pizza to pizza but frozen ones are going to be made with reformed meats, poor quality cheese that will be very high in saturated fat and salt and lots of oil and other sh*t to make it taste better when being cooked after x months frozen.
+1 to the green teas. I used to have the jasmine green tea with some honey (can't stand hot drinks) but now I am actually starting to not mind this lychee and mango green tea I've been drinking!!

Never found a shop bought pizza frozen/or fresh that has decent amount of toppings. Always end up buying extra mozzarella and toppings - should really go the whole hog and make it from scratch. BTW anyone else out there tried cracking a raw egg on their pizza before it goes in oven, comes out great.

If it's something you like, would recommend dusting your wok off and cooking stir-fried dishes with fresh veg. For me it's hard to beat for being healthy as well as quick and easy.

Not many foods I dislike more than egg, abs detest all forms of the things, genuine disgust for the taste.
I'm not really a big stir fry fan, don't really like any of the sauces that are normally available, any suggestions ? I do like fresh veg so defo open to it just like I say never found a sauce to have.

So today :
Ate
Breakfast : 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk and tiny amount of sugar
Tea : 2 pork chops with all fat cut off, small portion of chips, gravy, 2 x white bread with lighter lurpak
Supper : 2 slices of toast; one slice with lighter lurpak one slice with small amount of grated cheese, melted, beetroot and nandos sauce.
Drank
6 x pints of cordial juice
2 x pints of water
4 x cup of tea, semi skimmed milk and two sugars
All above would normally have been bigger portions as well as snacking, so might seem a lot still but like I said I'm not on a mission to lose loads of weight, hopefully I will get feedback from them in the know and if I'm told x,y and z needs to be cut out to improve what I've set out to then I will do that.
Abs lolz that I've somehow managed to find a way of doing daily updates that are more boring than the previous direction of the thread
Appreciate all the feedback, cheers.

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

Very dissapointed to see these ready made sauces raymondo!
Steam your fish, cut the bread, potatoes etc add more vegetables, eat more fruit and drink lots of water.
If u like Chinese, buy some belly pork slices, slice really thinly, fry in a pan with some oil, add some sugar and then drizzle with soya sauce fry some more till it's all sticky/crispy. Can have some greens with that & steam fish & rice lovely.
Eat more chicken tho, I don't personally like it much, but apparently it's meant to be much healthier than the red meats.
The ragu and dolmio needs to stop raymondo, please please stop buying these. Ty

more protein, less carbs, much less sugar imo.
personally what i'm doing is logging everything in myfitnesspal and trying to hit 200g protein and 2000 calories max a day. it's kinda geeky but it really hits home how many calories in say a jam sandwhich and what a fucking waste it is when you could be eating better stuff.
however i have come to realise that all this diet/fitness stuff is psychological, we have a deep routed massive drive/desire to eat and be lazy and it's controlling that that is the hard thing. everyone knows you eat less and move more to lose weight but zillions of people can't do it. that's why i'm reading the steve peters book atm hopefully that will help me to stop eating so much shit.

They obv excuse, not enough time in the day to make my own sauces, if you put up a recipe you like, similar to what I'm buying taste wise and I will give it a go and see how long it takes.
I expected someone to say I drink too much, water.
