Planned to have Spag Bol today but mince hadn't defrosted, doh. Hate freezing stuff but dates were shit so had to.

So ended up just having the other piece of stake instead.

Obv not drunk off the above but enough to say meh to the diet cba to be awkward just go with the flow.
