Wow, indeed. Apparently, the speaker got arrested and his house searched by police.

I wish he had just stuck to the facts rather than giving his emotional opinions on the matter.

He was arrested for breach of the peace. Handing out leaflets that told the story and named the accused outside the building where one of the accused happened to be working.

It looks to me like he wanted to be arrested.
