Since when was it acceptable to boo as the opposition took a kick at goal in Rugby Union?

it has happened quite a bit over the last decade , not very sportsmanlike but kickers should be able to deal with it

It's happened loads and every so often people come out and say it shouldn't happen and then it stops for 6months - 2 years and then happens again.
Wasn't it the English who booed the Scots kick first? I thought that's what Moore said but i can't remember who booed who first.
