Cos seamed to be flowing and taking advantage of the bubble, with 10k here and there he bumped his stack up to 127k.

Then this happened:

Ben Roberts raised to 6k in middle position, Anthony Kennedy calls in the hijack, COS bumps it up form the bb to 16,900.

Ben passes and Kennedy insta calls Cos.

Flop:   two hearts its check by Kennedy, Cos bets out 10k, Kennedy goes all in for another 16k more.  Cos passed!!

Kennedy showed pocket eights for the set!

The bubble situation has been so bizarre and mental I'll try and explain it.

On Camel and Ste Kings table, Michael Odderskjer had passed for 2 hours and left himself with 1 BIG BLIND - 3K.

He CALLED all in with  even though he had another 5 hands until the blinds got to him.  Obviously the hand went 5 way and they all checked it down to the river.  Board was:

Ste King flipped his cards over and already shown that he had  for top pair.  The shortie now knows he is OUT but the TV wont let him leave because they wanted to set up the live feed. It must have been 10 MINUTES they made that poor bloke wait at the table. He hadn't actually  turned his hand over until he was told too after all that time.

Upon showing his Q4 off, mouths dropped.  Pah, oh well.

Michael Odderskjer is the actual bubble boy.

Lastly from me, on the very last hand of the night.  Nik Persaud is involved in a mental triple up to now have cira 130,000.
I missed all the preflop action, I wish I had seen it:

On a flop of

80 yr old Paddy Hicks bets 10k, Janne Neuvelainen went all in, Nik Persaud went all in too for about 40k & Paddy calls for about 70k.

On their backs:

Nik
Paddy
Janne  three diamonds

So Janne second nuts and ahead, Paddy drawing to the nut flush and Persaud two pair.

Turn ........

RIVER..........

Paddy's side pot goes to Janne and Persaud a happpppy bunny!!

I'm off and goodnight until tomorrow!

So by my reckoning 14 of the 60 odd remaining are fighting the good fight for the Brits

Keith "The Camel" Hawkins. Day One chip leader and good chips all day yesterday with a steady progression

James Mitchell. Consistent Live MTT Winer, BlackBelt Poker player

Andrew Miles, from Southampton. Frequent visitor to DTD and regular GUKPT player

Ben Roberts. Veteran Live Cash player at the Vic, many TV appearances, big final tables too

Jason Herbert. DTD Online qualifier, great track record in ireland

Rob Sherwood. blonde Rob S from Manchester. Very successful Online MTT palyer, much of it on the blonde Poker card-room

Nik Persaud. Black Belt Poker shareholder/owner with Neil Channing. Cionsistent track record in big field Live MTTs

Ste King, Liverpudlian Online MTT player

Mad Marty Wilson. Veteran Live player, established TV format TD for Matchroom

Jen Mason. Blonde shareholder, Black belt Poker employee. Great game, final tabled the Waterford festival that blonde ran.

Cos Paparestis. GreekStein. Might be a donk lol, but lets hope he goes deep! Not least for those of you with percentages

Anthony Kennedy. Walsall Live player. Railed all day yesterday by Mickey Wernick, interestingly enough

Ross Boatman. Described to his face yesterday by Maria (I'm tactful, me) Demetriou as "my third favourite mobster". Actor, Hendon Mob veteran, but a very solid record in big events too

Stuart Rutter. blonde Member, sponsored Pro, good blogger, fine player

Good luck to all of them, and please post your support and encouragement on the Interactive thread. I know, because a number took their time to tell me yesterday, that such messages are seen and really appreciated.

Classic Hand:

Ste King had previously done about 25k to Sean Van Slujis on his right.  This hand, Sean raised the button, Ste shoved his  from the small blind BUT Andy Black woke up with  in the big blind!!  Andy had 52,400 which was just a bit less than Ste.

Here we are PRE FLOP

And here we are POST FLOP:

Sik Sik Sik.  Andy Black obv gutted but took it well and left without a word.  Maybe a few words will come out later.

Nik Persaud up to the heady heights of 200k after a full double up with Kings versus AK of Bartosz Socko.  Not even a sweat for Nik with the case king popping up in the window.

------------------------------------

Eoghan O'dea is OUT in 55th place.  A button raise from matey with Kings, Eoghan in the big blind with  three clubs moves all in and is snap called.  No cheeky Ace on board for the son of Irish legend Donnacha.

We've lost Ste King in 45th. He pushed on a flop with plenty of outs in straight and flush cards to hit.  His opponents AK stood to knock him out.
