Trev Pearson tips me the nod before the cards are even dealt, he is UTG and has 20k

He ships blind, folds round to Gelnn Henderson in the BB who calls blind

K3 for Glenn

44 for Trev

Board comes K 4 J 5 6

Double up for Trev.

He then pushes blind the very next hand over a limp from SB and takes that down too.

Trev had 3 bb's on the bubble and he is still in with 18 left !

Manoj Mistry started Day 2 as the short stack.  He's managed to get his way into the money, and doesn't want to stop there.

He min-raises and faces an all-in re-raise from David Anderson to about 140K

Manoj thinks for a while, announces "Do I want to gamble?" and then calls.

Manoj:
David:

Flop

Putting David in the driving seat

Turn

River

two spades

Manoj hits the nuts flush on the river, and is the last to see it (he was hoping for an ace or a queen and didn't see the backdraw flush).

Manoj is on over 270K, and David is down to a few hundred chips, and he departs on the next hand.

Manuel Stan raises and Peter Wigglesworth goes over the top for 263K.

Manuel calls, leaving himself 140K back.

Manuel:
Peter:

Manuel down to 140K, his lowest for a considerable time, whilst Peter is on over 520K and our huge chip leader after taking down the biggest pot of the day.

Oneib Saeed moves all-in for his last 116K.

Carl Cook counts out his own chips, which total around 250K.  He asks for a count for Oneib's shove, and then calls.

Oneib: three diamonds
Carl:

Flop

Turn

River

Two Diamonds

Oneib leaves in 13th for a cool £1,063.

Carl's stack swells to a not altogether unpleasant 370K+
