He has improved a lot since the last time I watched him play, got a very good chance of winning it.But I have a habit of bubbling sweepstakes so I'm not to confident.

Carter with a decent break, 2 safety shots, leaves Robertson a long red, bang 140 total clearance, faultless.

You can tell by the way he, or anyone for that matter treats the final black on a break how they're feeling, players struggling/need confidence/wanting to show the crowd will smash the black in, let the cue arm go, and take the applause.  Players happy with their game/self-belief with roll the black/pot it normally.  Robertson has rolled in every black normal pace this tournament.

4 on the trot for Carter, not convinced he's playing brilliantly, but is a great battler

I'm not sure who I'd rather he faced in the final. That last frame tonight was a massive frame to win. He's definitely the form player of the tournament imo.

Yeh i was thinking Dott but the way Dott is playing Selby would probably be the easier game.

Dott's style can get under people's skin and effect them in a longer match whereas if it was Selby they've both got a similar game and I'd fancy Robertson to win against him in current form,I'd probably rather Selby so it was a better final.

Anyone see that Dott 47 break?

Simply the best 47 you will ever see. Pot after pot, never in position!

Yea nice little earner on Robbo there, now for the big 1...  Got involved again on him this morning at 2.34, mainly for the easy trade when he polished it off...

Saw very little today, so no more match bets for now until I see 1st session...
