No idea who Don is. Played with John twice and he seemed pretty solid. I know Alan has got an agressive rep.
This is a fold tho imo.

stacks are quite good for a limp re-raise all in here and could be used as a decent weapon vs the opponent described
i'd only be doing this if i saw villain was 3b shoving 30bb tho and live this isn't usually the case so if this was the first time i's just raise/fold
