£40+£20+£20 at Casino - only 10 runners, 2 of whom joined late
It's not the highest standard (which explains me playing it) and there's a lot of limping going on.
100/200, 8 at the table at this point.
I have c24,000 chips having been the beneficiary of a first hand shove by Villain here when he called my preflop raise with AQ and got it all in on a Q high flop v my AA and moved on nicely from there
anyway...
Villain has c7,000
4 Limpers round to my BB and I make it 1200 with
Villain and one other calls
Flop is
I lead out for 3900....
Villain calls leaving himself about 1,700 back
Non diamond non straight card on turn, can't recall what iit was, but it didn't connect with anything
I put him all in
50p?
Is this just a bad beat or should I be shoving the flop? I can't put him on any hand that's beating me on the flop.

I don't really understand what you're asking.
You think we can check fold the turn? Our 3900 flop bet is effectively putting him all-in. The turn card is irrelevant, unless it's the queen of diamonds or something.

Too much on flop?
The other caller folded, i'm in front of him too so do I want him in maybe having hit a small part of the flop?

The flop bet's fine, you're making sure you get him to commit to his whole stack.
If he hits, then unlucky.

Exactly.
Actually Kin, the King of clubs on the turn would be more troublesome. Lolz.

Nah. If the other guy has better than us on the flop then we get our monies back.

No, the flop bet is too much.

Pot is 4300 so it's not too bad.
Personally though in multi way pots as oppo has only committed 1200 so far I like to go 2200 to induce a shove from the drawing hands or random heroes bluffing.
Doesn't matter what the turn brings we're never passing given our stack and oppos so we're looking to suck him in rather than price him out.
Oh and you didn't put him all in on the turn. Only he can put himself all in.
You bet sufficient to cover his stack. He put himself all in.

With two others in the hand, I'd probably go for about 3K here, but don't think 3.9K here is massively too much.

How can you put me all in?
That's my decision surely?
It's terrible use of the English language and a poorly structured sentence.

Beautiful bet size. Force them to come along because you're betting less than half pot.
It tilts people because they think you're trying to nick the pot on the cheap and is great for inducing a shove.
Betting 3700 tells your opponents that you're going nowhere because you have a big hand and stops them making a mistake by bluff shoving.
