OK the AK hand, which I know looks terribly spewy in isolation, but having had a two hour drive to mull it over I'm still happy with how I played it.

I've been taking Daniel's big blind pretty much every orbit.  As it happens, I've had a decent hand every time, but he's not to know that.  I know that a few times he's considered 3 betting to defend, but thought better of it, but I know it's coming at some point.  We're the two biggest stacks on the (6 handed) table by a fair way. I think he makes the 3 bet there with any pocket pair or decent ace - maybe even with air if he's just wanting to make a stand.  Of course he will occasionally have a monster, and he'll need one to call with, so I decided to put him to the decision for all his chips knowing that he can't call with most of his range.

Obviously if I'd had my x-ray specs and crystal ball to hand I'd have flat called the three bet and taken it on the flop, but unfortunately I left them in the car Smiley
