Has any one been so pissed off with poker u decide to go mad and smash the closest things to you.

I think I have smashed

A monitor
Lap top x 3 (thank god for insurance)
Keyboard

I don't think I have rage issues. I also never get poker rage playing live.

Seriously, if a trivial thing like poker does this to you , you should give up playing as its not good for your long term health.

I shout and swear a lot, and I hurt my hand a bit earlier from slamming the desk repeatedly when a 10%er got there heads up in a 180-man earlier today...but that's about the extent of it. The neighbours probably think I'm a bit crazy lol...

lol @ that clip btw...

Regardless of what situation. I remember he did that during a heads up tourney(last 4) and sat to a dtd.
I missed my redic short top up opportunity and lost my heads up match

I wasn't too happpy

I occasionaly snap pens in two or slam them into the desk, shout the c word (medium shout), or open palm slap/punch of my soft furnishings. All pretty tame.

That's when I lived by myself, when I'm around other people I can control myself easily enough. The occasional loud sigh or groan is all anyone is going to witness me doing.

A bit of rage is ok imo, like if you're watching a football game and your team gets scored on. Smashing up hardware is probably a step too far. You might want to look at that.

Online I think the worst Ive said has been FFS!!!!!!

Live I try not to say anything other  than nice hand

if your breaking things then you really need to play at a lower level but I guess its akin to the golfer who breaks his clubs, if your not enjoying it take a break
