(nearly) anyone could win this. Would be nice for my player to start and get a sweat out it rather than a bench warmer. Anybody know if Di Natale is likely to start for Italy?

not sure if he will start the first game, he's behind someone in the pecking order. i've backed him for golden boot though, he's class.

Gilardino is only slightly ahead of him odds wise, but do they play with 1 up?

I really don't know what to expect from the Italians this year.

just seen i've got gilardino, di natale is rubbish and i hope he doesn't start a game.

i lied when i said i've backed him for golden boot, i've backed him for top italy goalscorer.  i think the italians won't have enough creative force in midfield to win this time, they play very negative.

haha, get out of that group one time!

As for Di Natale he wont play up front either wide or of the front man, Lippi's been trying quiet a few diff formations in the warm ups and he wants the team to be flexible. As for Italians being negative maybe in previous decades but deffo not under Lippi. I just hope Pirlo is back for the knockout stages. Im quietly confident on our chances, the only team who i look at and think wow is spain.
