i played this hand like a buffon, doing progressively worse as the hand unfolded. i think i had some unfounded hatred for the villain for having that air of being a **** so i decided to spite call anywhere possible.
part of me wanted to 3betfold the flop but other parts lol'd at that part so i just called.
turn was also bad. didn't want to raise or fold. with hindsight fold turn imo and is probably standard but against people who don't like to fold flop what's best here?

villain 20/16
cbet fold 36, raise 27

6-max Seat #2 is the button
Seat 1: lucky to have so many chips ($1827.60 in chips)
Seat 2: villain ($631.30 in chips)
Seat 3: little blind ($402 in chips)
Seat 5: BIG blind ($400 in chips)
Seat 6: hero ($796.15 in chips)
little blind: posts small blind $2
BIG blind: posts big blind $4

*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to hero [ ]
hero: raises $8 to $12
lucky to have so many chips: folds
villain: calls $12
little blind: folds
BIG blind: folds

*** FLOP *** [ ]
hero: bets $20
villain: raises $44 to $64
hero: calls $44

*** TURN *** [ ] []
hero: checks
villain: bets $124
hero: calls $124

*** RIVER *** [ ] [5h]
hero: checks
villain: bets $431.30 and is all-in
hero: folds

furthermore, if stats/reads listed aren't enough here, please specify which are best to use when making such decisions.
