Grumpy Garnham has 82k FACT.

Rookie is struggling on about 10k and looks ready to shove any minute now.

Steve Spring is on about 5k BUT has just won his 1st pot since 3.30 and is feeling ok.

Thomas Challener has doubled through, and crippled, Alli Mallu. It looked like they had got it all in pre, with Tom's A-4 prevailing over Alli's K-10 on the A-10-A-10-6 board. Mallu had about 8k left and was shoving every hand afterwards to get a playable stack, so expect him to have 100k or bust in the next half hour.

Rookie is out, he raised to 9k (leaving 2k back) and Cam Law pushed. Rooks called and was dominated with A-10 vs Law's A-K. No help on the Q-6-4-Q-8 board and Rooks headed for the hotel he just managed to get!

Alli Mallu is also gone.

Steve Spring shoved A 10 and was called by AQ in the blinds. No help.

Jonathon Butters just took a big hit. AK v QQ, 9 high board. Jonathon down to 60k approx.

Seamus Birt departed in circumstances that left his former tablemates a bit, well, puzzled...

I got there to see Seamus head off, with his stack heading in the direction of Remo Rossi. Weirdly enough, the cards in the middle were vs ! I asked Jonathan Butters what had happened and he explained:

"Basically, the guy next to me (Peter Rootham) had limped and he (Birt) shoved over the top. The BB found JJ and that was that. Let's give him (Birt) the benefit of the doubt though and say he didn't look."

Birt was short, so I agree with Butters that he probably didn't look. At the end of it all, Rossi has a few more chips, we're a player down and Table 11 is shaking its head collectively.

He decided at 600-1200 to make it 2600 blind and picked up one caller on the button.

The flop is and fires out 4k, still blind, and gets call. The turn is the . At this point he decides to look, he likes what he sees and shoves for 20k. He gets instal called by the guy otb with A6 for top 2. Steve turns over J5o. 2 on the river sends him up to 90k. Has just been moved next to Paul Garnham who also has big stack.
