I always take a break, or drop levels or switch games (MTTs to Cash or omaha) if on a bad run.  I just assumed most people did.   

I just read the original post and you cash in over 20%.  Are you playing a bit too nitty, and getting in the cash with a short stack too much?

The AJ hand is a bit weird.  Do you always continuation bet the flop so small?

i found when running really bad this don't help playing on stars and getting through thousands of players all the time
a suggestion play on maybe dtd 100 200 runners insted of 1000+
