I don't know if I was ever considered one of the 'good' dealers, but I left recently and am good friends with most of the others that have.
Personally, it wasn't really DTD that made me leave. I left to deal elsewhere for personal reasons and as stated, better promotion prospects. That's just the way it is. Alot of mates have left because they're going home or wish to progress to a different career.
Alot of the older dealers have left, I know Russel left to travel, Toby has gone home.
Obviously I'd be a liar if I said there wasn't a few reasons that ran throughout, but these reasons have been made very clear by everyone and I'm pretty sure the management know about these. Wether they choose to take notice is their choice, but if it's come noticeable to you guys there's alot of absences, maybe it's time to start listening

.
As for the newer dealers, they're still trained to the same standard as the rest of us. Dealing takes practice to become effortless and I'm sure you won't even notice soon

. There are alot of newer dealers lately due to the amount leaving, so they will be alot weaker, but they're all good dealers, they just need practice.
