I don't know if that was an attempted rub, but as it goes he did, yeah. Name is Richard Trigg.
I'm genuinely interested in your site.
What are your rates for coaching? Does it seem to work?
Would you encourage any student of yours to open the button to 2500 at 300/600 in an unopened/unlimped pot?
Under what basis do you feel qualified to coach?
Many thanks in advance.

Rick Trigg - Sorry I can't remember you on the table, seems that not only my short term memory is bad, simple perception seem not to be what it was. What positon were you in on the table and can you give me some clue that might jog what is obviously a failing memory, don't get afraid that it will happen to you in old age. It's quite fun - when you keep forgetting things - especially bad beats - they cease to exist. Never come across this chatty area of the game before - looks like you all have a lot of fun.

Rates vary - according to players potential - Most of my High Rolling Clients - pay a percentage - I'm alway happy to help players that are starting out,
as they are the future of the game, and I regard myeslf as the past. Would always reccomend strange play - as it sets people up - who become confused. Contrary to popular belief that I have been ripping up for the last couple of years - I've actually been involved in a think tank on global warming - which has taken up a lot of time. Lord Stern the Climate advisor spurred on by my book "The Truth About Food" has taken the same stance as me. There is of course more to life than poker - and we must all remember that.

Why should rates vary on potential? Do you take a cut of winnings? This seems wrong to me.
I used to do weights at the gym with my friend Evilpie. He was 6 inches taller and a lot bigger set. Our personal trainer never charged me more than him because he had greater potential as a weightlifter.
'I regard myself as the past' - This I most definitely agree with sir. If you're opening to 2500 at 300/600 on the button you are clearly lacking in some of the fundamentals of tournament poker. I can't think of a single winning player who makes opens like this these days. 'Strange play' to 'set people up' is a pretty weak excuse to justify that you don't have a clue about why your sizing is what it is.
Please name some of your high rolling clients. Let me guess, they all want to remain anonymous?

Like your style - interesting that you are critic of other players - this could well come in your favour - find you extremely interesting and would be interested in how you might improve my business - maybe we could help each other - I keep losing things around the house.

Rates vary on potential - as some players, unfortunatelly, have very little potential, and it would not be fair to charge them anything, as they will be among the 98 per cent of losers in the game. They are entiitled to be seen for free.
