Why is everyone jumping on Tikay here?  Kev obv did something that caused Tikay to make this decision, its not like he has a habit of randomly banning someone of Kevs Blonde stature for no reason.  Its reminding me of the Blatch thread where everyone was ready to kill to defend his honour with no evidence to back it up only to look stupid when the truth came out.

   fair comment. but tikays post has left many people adding 2+2 to make 5.  obviously tikay wouldn't take these actions unless 100% valid. but a big can of worms has been opened. it will all come out eventually anyway, so why leave the chinese whispers and gossip queens to have a field day.
 
    its leaving everyone judging kev, and with his state of mind its not something he needs right now.

All people are saying is, that the "statement" achieved nothing other than to generate rumour and speculation, which is allegedly isnt what was wanted. Tikay isnt stupid, he knew exactly what the words he chose to use would do

So we are a community, and that's our strength in relation to other forums. One longstanding member of the community has been banished due to the revelation of cold hard facts, but the rest of the family isn't allowed to hear what those facts are. It seems our role in the family is to be sent upstairs to bed while our parents argue. Of course we can hear muffled voices from up there, and we know something's wrong, but we're seemingly too young and vulnerable to handle the truth. If Tikay etc are all 100% in agreement over this then why wouldn't the rest of the community be in agreement over this? We are all mature reasonable thinking adults as well you know. I mean, people are wishing Kev well on here, but is that the right thing to do? Tikay thinks he's had a tough time deciding how to handle this, but I reckon you're gonna have an even tougher time deciding how to handle this when you don't know what you're actually handling.

spoke to kev yesterday, he's doing ok and his continueing his recovery against his illness. if you read his blog you will see that weekends are the toughest for him. you can only imagine how tough this one has been for him.
its disappointing that kev wasnt given the chance to have his say on the matter, i can understand why he wasnt but its a shame none the less.

as has been previously stated, tikay isnt stupid, the wording of his opening post was deliberate and was made to get the reaction's he wanted.

kev was a big part of blonde for a long time, from what i can make out and have been told he made a mistake, but he deserved this to be treated alot better than the way it has.

kev has alledged had his privacy invaded along with anyone who has had correspondents with kev in the last year or so. more may come of this as tikay quoted in his opening post, there may be discriminating evidence against others regarding different matters.

my main concern here is for kevin, his health and his welfare is way more important than anything he may have forgotten to do or anything he may have done stupidly but i believe was done in good faith.

as for the person who invade his privacy i hope your feeling good about yourself!
