The best hand I ever played...

Idea from another forum, much better players on here who have played in bigger games etc so should be a much better thread over here. Basically just say in detail the best hand you've ever played. Mine is pretty shit but can't think of any other atm.
It's from a £200 nl hand where we are both 250bbs deep
Very good skandi player, lots of history of 3/4/5 betting.
He opens £7 from UTG, I 3bet BTN for pure value to £22 with 10d 10c preparing to 5bet jam if he 4bets.. he calls.
Flop is
he check, I bet £27 he c/r to £68 I call
Turn is
he bet £92 I call
River is
he thinks for a while and checks there's about £280 ish in the pot and I overshove for £305 total for value , he thinks for ages (10 mins ish) calls me a sick dog and then calls. Then calls me a sick dog again after he turned over
Basic thought process was that on river when I overshove I should have a polarized range. Either nuts, or missed flush/straight draw, it looks more like the latter as the King comes and he probably recognises that this is an awesome card for me to bluff shove on and get him to fold a one pair kinda hand. I can't have k8cc because he has
so it's hard for me to have a combo draw that's improved on river. If I have a9 kinda hand which is very likely (bottom of my folding range and stubborn with top pair on a very wet board against a Viktor Blom lookalike then he will assume I c/behind here like 85% of the time and 15% of the time I may put a small bet £50-£125 in as a value bet.
I thought his range was mainly one pair hands because he is likely to get JJ/QQ/KK/AA in pre against me for pure value and I don't think he ever checks the river with 88/99(although checking the river against me in this spot is fine) he could possibly have AKcc but I think he bets to get value from all my one pair hands as mentioned before the King is a scare card, but I know that he knows that I know that, so JJ/QQ/1010 prob has to call, especially a small bet that he would prob make.
I def thought I had the best hand on flop and turn and thought that if I shove now he could call me with a worse hand alot of the time.

Another post..
Alex 'CrazyChef' Brown vs I-Call at Circus in the Nifty Fifty (iirc)
Blinds 100/200, I'm on the Button, Alex in SB and I-Call is in the Hijack. I-Call makes it 600 and I consider threebetting 78s in position before I see Alex reach for chips. I pass, and Alex makes it 1400 to go. BB passes and I-Call makes the call. (pot 3000)
Flop:
-- Alex c-bets 2100, I-call flats. (pot 7200)
Turn:
-- Alex check-calls a bet of 4k from an effective ~8k stack (pot 15200)
River:
-- Alex checks, turns to me and says, watch this, I-Call bets like 2500 and Alex tank shoves for ~1.5k more. (pot ~21700). Now I-Call is getting almost 29/2 on the call and says 'I can't call' (he has a further 2k behind or something).
Alex says something to the effect of 'shit, I knew my Ace hich was good there, I wanted the extra 1500'. He gleefully shows ATs (not clubs!) as he claims the pot and invites I-Call to show him KcXc. I-Call then goes into one of his 'any X,y,z,a,b,c I win, only H I lose' rants and shows K4cc.
