the list is too long to remember all of them
Going back to 78, sacking Jimmy Bloomfield (because he couldn't get us from top 10 to top 6!!) and replacing him with Frank McClintock, who promptly took us down
Most of David Pleat's signings. One of them, Ricky Hill was signed on a three year deal at 35 with a proviso that if he was released early he'd not only be paid off but thay he would be provided with a Sierra Cosworth and a second car as compensation!! He left after a year when Pleat was sacked.
Replacing O'Neill with Taylor. To be fair any manager replacing O'Neill would have struggled. Taylor had £18m to spend from Heskey and Lennon sales and spent £5.25m on Ade Akinbiyi, and the rest on journeymen. Even now when I see him as our record signing in the books I cringe. Furthermore the fee is unlikely to be broken ever!
Taylor bumped up the wages of the whole squad when O'Neill left. By the time he "lost" the squad and we went down we were stuffed financially
Signing Dennis Wise. A cancer on team spirit, La Manga incident and then he and the excrecable Eric Hall sued us and took us into administration
The way my club handled administration, with regard to its long term suppliers, and the way it did so on the sly just before points penalties came in. Ugh.
Not too many in the last three years fortunately, but they're coming. It wouldn't be my club without them.

Me Dad always says letting Norman Hunter go to Bristol when he had 3-4 good years left in him. I mean anyone who can drop Lee like this deserves respect.

The FA will make a ruling on this, if they have any guts at all.

I never understood why George Graham sold Kevin Richardson after he'd just had the season of his life

This could be a long list:
Appointing Ray Harford as manager Appointing Stewart Houston as manager Appointing John Gregory as manager Sacking Paolo Sousa Sacking Ian Holloway Buying Vinnie Jones Not getting rid of the Thompsons 5 years earlier Allowing Chris Wright to run the club Allowing Gianni Paladini within 20 miles of Loftus Road Buying a whole stack of Chelsea rejects
Enough? I could go on.
As a charlton fan my two words apply more to my club more than yours but still can link to both Iain Dowie sigh
