You'd expect some form of result pitch given the Aussies have to win 2 from 3.

draw out to 4.0 for Perth. Reports of green result wicket

Gladstone Small on the wireless this morning stating that he had been to the group yesterday and could not even tell which pitch was to be cut for the test - "All wickets the same colour as the outfield".

Obviously they will trim a strip down before the start Thursday buy Jimmy and Finn must be bubbling over with anticipation.

The way they are talking on sky, they are expecting this pitch to do quite a bit. Not very often you see 2 captains adamant that they want to bowl first in a test match.

was just saying to a few friends ponting is still class and is well over due a score and capable of punishing strauss' drop (more like cuple runs saved imo) and then colly manages to pluck that one out the air. hero!!
