Yesterday I had AA  3 times in 4 hands in the Ladbrokes $250 entry tournament.  I won 3 sets of blinds with standard raises.  Anyone have a better sequence of hands and get less action?!

that's a pretty good run... but (if you don't mind me moving slight away from poker but still on the theme of luck)..... not too long ago my friend was dumped by text by his girlfriend of 3 years... ouch... so to make him feel better we had a game of poker (as you do)... first hand of the night he was dealt a K high str8 flush, made on the flop.  He went on to have AA several times that night.  The next day we played golf.  On the first par 3 on the course, he got a hole in one.  Then to top it all off he won the jackpot on the fruity in the golf bar after the game (which he of course HAD to play).... beat that!! hahaha.

I had AA 3 times out of 4 hands too, in level one of the Laddies $70k.

First time I raised got 2 callers, and got doubled up on a King high flop by AK.
Then I doubled again (well he had 3000 approx. too) with AA v KK all-in pre-flop
Next hand I get All-in pre-flop again v. KK.

The hand in between those (would have been the 2nd one in that list) I had AK, but layed down when I missed the flop.

Rather win the blinds than go bust to two pair, is what I always tell myself when I get no action on my AA.

I once had KK on 6 tables at the same time before. As I was playng 10 at the time, I have no idea what happened, I think I won some.

I once had AK, QQ, KK and AA in consecutive hands in a cash game. I won all 4 pots and I think the last pot was a biggie as a non believer tried to move me off the pot preflop.

On the second one i won, on that final table, I had AA 6 (YES 6!!!!) times in a row!!! and i got paid in all of em.

"Rigged,,,, CHEAT,,,, ARE YOU MR VC?" Amongst other things were typed in chat - oh the good ole days....................

thats INSANE!  I must say that I have never heard of that.  the odds of that must be 10,000:1

Actually, you can expect AA three hands on the trot once every 11 million or so hands.

Don't worry yourself too much with the large improbability of freak occurences SFB.
The odds against everything is massive, but there are so many things to happen that they will happen all the time. (If that makes sense)

Exactly. I always laugh when people complain about runner runner beats and say its stupid.

Every single turn and river combo is 989-1 just people only remember the 989-1 that shafted them!
