Day 5 - Bathroom nits
Nothing quite tilts me more than bathroom nits, I have encountered them all throughout my life. My parents, grade A bathroom nits. My university housemates, grade A bathroom nits. My girlfriend? Yeh you guessed it.
So what is a bathroom nit?
A bathroom nit is usually a nazi over the two following things.
1- They get super angry if you use "too much" shampoo or shower gel. This one really, really grates on me. I mean a shower gel is lets say £3 or something. You probably use it 15-20 times? So each time you use it it costs around 10p. I remember once when I was around 13 and started to not want girls to think I smelt.. my Dad was like "haway son are you drinking it or something" this would then be repeated on an almost weekly basis. At university it was the OMOMGOGMOGMOGMGOMGOGMOMG everybody in the common room RIGHT NOW, who used my mfkin shower gel you gonna die fool.
"Just use one towel"
0=-dehfu9f0i3hfe9dhuffhude09uwsihu2d7w0-ijsiokjih0-s9jdoksddx
I have never lived in a house where there has been less than 3 towels per person available in the household, yet everybody I have ever lived with gets joke tilted if I dare to use a second towel. Whenever I have lived alone, the best thing was being able to use 3 towels and "drink" shampoo like it was "going out of fashion".
On the other side I have never done the washing in houses I have lived, so perhaps I am just being one sided here.
Rant over.

What do you even need multiple towels for?
I guess I'm a bathroom nit. Do you leave wet towels on the floor?

My wife could answer this: separate towel for hair and separate hand towel if you wash your hands + one on the floor so the tiles don't get wet.
If I lived on my own, I'd have just the one, and even as it is I often get asked why I am not using the hand towel and have no use for a hair towel. She also insists on a full set of towels for all 4 of us when we go away and stay in hotels.
Sure I must be a bathroom nit in other ways too, just don't waste much in life.
FWIW why do hotels always put that Eco sign about towels up, and still change them all wherever you leave them.

On wash days, my mam used to stand a dolly tub on two piles of bricks and fill it with water that we had brought home in milk churns from wherever we could get it.
It was my job to find wood, light a fire under the tub and keep it going.
My mam would then wash everything by hand, the only equipment being a posser, a glass rubbing board, a mangle and clothes line.
The job kept both of us busy all day.
Even these days, when we have running water on tap and an automatic washing machine, I never use more than one towel or put clean clothes into the wash basket.

Day 6
This one needs your help. I want a new hobby. I'm in Hungary not Too many friends and want some things to break up the routine.
The hobby needs to be done individually.
Name of hobby
Reason why
Whoever gives me the best hobby I'll buy a lot of beer for them.

How are we supposed to help you choose a hobby? Does anyone know enough? It should be a passion and something that interests you, not something someone posts on a forum.
Learn to paint/draw/write/play an instrument. Football? A billion things out there.

Hobby- Photography
Reason- So we can see a bit of Hungary and it will encourage you to get out and about and see places.
I guess its the sort of thing you will enjoy or not, I think it's fun trying to get nice shots. There is quite a lot to learn when you first get going to give you a challenge, and even learning just a few of the basics will improve your general photography quite a bit.

Can play online or against a computer. Plenty of information, videos, books and research available. Most of it is free.
Fun to start something completely from scratch.
There will be tournaments live in Hungary when you've had a bit of practice and you can play people of around your level, rather than in a poker comp, where you could be getting completely owned by seat draw.
